RECIPE IDEAS:
There is truly nothing quite like a perfectly ripe strawberry. Sweet and juicy with an aroma that will make you swoon, these berries often don't make it home before they are eaten up! In addition to our June berries, we also grow a type of strawberry called 'ever-bearing' which fruits beginning in July and can continue through the rest of the growing season.
AVAILABILITY:
June - October
STORAGE TIPS:
If they make it home with you, store unwashed in the refrigerator and eat within 2-3 days.
CULINARY TIPS:
Wash berries just prior to eating
Delicious addition to a salad
Add to a smoothie
