RECIPE IDEAS:
Micro greens are tender greens harvested just as the first leaves appear. One stage beyond sprout, these greens can have 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts and are particularly high in vitamins C and E. Our Spicy and Mild micro greens are both radish greens that have a peppery bite. Our sunshoots are baby sunflower greens and have a nutty flavor.
